I never received my product. I bought 3 headsets all from tylex but nothing came. It was tagged as delivered by the courier. I filed a refund thru customer service but it was declined. They said it will be handled by the courier. But guess what, no one took care of it. As first nagreach out pa si courier saying that they will replace it, but they are asking me to write a letter indicating that they have already settled it. I refused to do that because my problem hasnt been resolved yet in the first place. So ayun na nga, i have no refund and i dont have a product. I will never pay in advance na since pwedeng maulit pa ito. Or better yet use a different platform nlng. Kc ganun lang kadali nila ireject yung request mo without doing a thorough investigation muna kung san b napunta yung item. Sna maging aware din kung sino man ang officer in charge sa LEX bacoor. Bka its time to check on your couriers na rin.

My parcel never came. This, I think, is one of the laziest and unorganised sorting hubs here in Cavite.

My parcel here is stuck, so sad, even overseas shipments arrive in my address sooner.
