Staff at the desk are slow and need lots of follow up. They have high cost specially in confinement. They provided conclusion based only on one blood test without xrays or a second test before they discharge to check if their condition is better or not.

I really don’t know where to start. I have A cat Called Assad (Lion) He is my son and no one can tell me otherwise. Losing him would be harder on me than losing my human son (Due to a History with the cat). For more than 2 weeks we’ve been noticing odd behaviors in my son, and Everytime He goes to the Bathroom (Cat Litter) he would stay there for hours. On April-6-20 at 12:30 Am , My wife came crying and telling me that my son is coughing blood. Due to the Quarantine, no one was opened except them in All of Cavite (Literally I called more than 30 hospitals and clinics) but they answered and told me to hurry and not wait. I drove in the middle of the night crying and I can barely drive. The military helped me get there (Mind you it’s 1 and half hour drive). I get there and They opened the door and rushed at me like you would be rushed in a human ER’s. Now as a father, I couldn’t stop my self from crying. Three doctors at 2:45 AM up on top of my beloved and at the same Time reassuring me that He will be okay . They told me he Has stage 5 kidney Failure and I Lost it. I completely blacked out. I went outside to cry ,but when I came In they said “ Sir, We will save His life,But he will have to stay with us to be watched” , I called them Every 4-5 hours to check on him and they never once showed me disinterest. I came to visit him Next day and the doctor (Chris) gave me the news that will make any parents feel alive again, he said “Sir,Dont worry, his chance is 60% as of today” I couldn’t help but hug him. Now mind you I Was willing to get a loan from a bank and move him back to the USA (I am US citizen ) to do a kidney transplant, but he told me it’s more dangerous and I completely trust him. Today I picked up my Son even though I came early than their opening time,and I woke them up, they still welcomed me with a smile. And All of the doctors and assistants smiled to my face and Said “ your son is okay Now, keep him on the medication for the rest of his life to increase his chances.” Now I am Home and my son is playing again and Back to his usual self Thanks,thanks, thanks ,and a million thank you. May Allah Bless you and continue to lead you to the straight path.

The Doctor is polite, considerate and informative with regards to rabies vaccination. The service is very good whenever you're in a hurry. I came there at 10:30AM and left at 12:15 Noon. Furthermore there is a petfood store adjacent to the clinic so you can feed your pet to relieve them out of the long wait. Thus, I Highly Recomend this place for convinience and fast delivery of service.

They will rush you off. They dont give explanation to your questions. Specially the cashier is intimidating not helpful person.

Highly NOT recommended. Poor Vet Diagnosis. And treatment.
