My wife and I stayed there for several weeks. The staff was outstanding. The owner was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Anytime I come to Kidapawan, I stay there. The atmosphere is outstanding. We stayed over Christmas Holiday. Lo and behold the staff asked us to come to their holiday party. It was a wonderful party and so friendly. Thank you to the staff and owner.

We had a two (2) days seminar at Grand Shine Hotel, the receptionist is very accommodating, the food they served taste good and they don't repeat food/menu which was already served the other day.

There is always something broken/ not functioning properly esp in the bathrooms. No complimentary breakfast but you can order though not much choice. You have to request a table if you want to work inside your room. Staff are friendly. There is a veranda on the 3rd floor and you can watch the sunset from there.
