So we paid them for their expertise in checking the weight of our pup didn't even bother to tell us, I think they only know how to schedule and give vaccine during consultations and take a picture of our pup to post in their Facebook page. So we decided to change our vet and I'm glad we did as we are able to find out that our pup ears are infested with ear worms and unlike on other vet services with the same price they would interact with us and they would also trim our pup nails, apply dry shampoo, and even clean their ears.
