Bad service, sheet hotel! It's better to stay in the street!!!! Don't get any closer to this hotel!!! Rooms are in a bed situation, every is broken, no water pressure , service is slow!!!!

You have many cockroaches inside a room and toilet, also very poor room condition compare with other resort by smilier amount per night. But, Good staff there they are always friendly and kindly. Nobody didn’t use waterpark in ocean because already too old and too hot.

My family and I love the place. Pet friendly and the staff are attentive and courteous. Rooms are spacious and cozy. You can buy your food outside or buy it from the restaurant. It can be pricey but i tell you that it is worth it. My parents really loved the mix pancit. My only gripe is that housekeeping are not immediate when requested. The floating island has seen better days. Some of the staff in the restaurant during breakfast buffet are not too attentive that you have to request it multiple times. Overall, the stay was superb even with those concerns. These are concerns for improvement. We will definitely go back nonetheless.
