Staff during August 2016, were a little rude. Laughing at customers

Their cakes are delicious and beautiful. The only thing I really didn't like was the attitude of their cashier. Sept. 16, 2018 around 4:00 pm I bought a chocolate birthday cake at Goldilocks Barretto, of course greetings. Our chubby cashier did not put anything, of course I said then his answer to me was "nothing like that". His assistant chinecked my note and I did write something. Is it the answer of my sister who is still frowning "That's it" we go together and go to the cake. It's a pity my sister is still beautiful but her behavior is ugly. Rude ewan. My approach to them is good (because I am also a frontliner) but my sister still beats the customer when she screams. I was their only customer who adjusted and held back but my sister was really hot. I just thought he might be stressed but he should still not be like that when acting. Rude approaching customer. Can't smile yet 👎
