Lugtu's one of the places I still go back to whenever I am in town. It brings back a lot of happy memories from when I was still living in the area. Price is still reasonable. Food still tastes the same as I how I remember it. The have moved to an air-conditioned unit which is probably a plus considering how hot it gets during summer. I'll definitely be back.
