AVOID THIS PLACE
I have worked in co-working spaces and serviced offices in many countries. The general idea is that you get a quite, comfortable place to work, with functional internet. You get neither in this place.
On my first day working at T-Hub I tested the internet speed. It was running at 127 kbps download and 1.2 mbps upload. When I confronted the staff about that they couldn't see why it was a problem.
I was able to tether to my mobile at about 4.5 mbps download. I figured it might just be a one-off thing and went back the next day. The internet worked fine for about a week - then it went off entirely.
Today is day two of (literally) zero internet. I spoke with the owner, who whilst polite, just didn't see this as her problem. It's all the fault of the ISP. They're very sorry for the inconvenience, etc. It seems to have missed her entirely that the internet is my reason for being there.
In addition to all of that, there appears to have been some kind of interviewing being conducted here over the last several days. The noise from applicants was so great that I've left the place twice and worked elsewhere.
Overall, just a very poor experience that failed to meet even my most rudimentary requirements for a quiet working environment with functional internet.
(Nice working space) I take it back. Lady owner and friends treat the area as a typical coffee shop. Gets rowdy and they hog the spaces. I once asked if I could use/pay for the enclosed area. The owner said I can't coz she's using it and daughter (I think) is using it as study area. I enjoyed some quiet mornings here except when the lady owner is in. She eats noisily with her silvers, talks too loudly, on her phone most of the time.
Spacious and quiet in the morning. Internet is decent. Can be colder, my caramel hazelnut had more condensed milk than caramel and hazelnut taste, can be better. They have nap rooms, conference rooms and gender neutral shower and toilet rooms.
A place where you can get work done, relax or network and if you feel a little hungry they've got you covered with good service.
Good place to work. Wi-Fi connection is erratic though. The variety of food you can order is impressive. If you're coming here alone, make sure to bring your earphones as people in groups are sometimes noisy and the owners don't bother calling them out.
