Good for basic maintenance service. They have a small space and the gear they have is limited. For regular maintenance, it'll do. But for major repairs, they can accept the units but they will ship it to a bigger facility owned by the franchise. Call ahead when you need service. It's mostly by appointment and walk-ins are mostly declined. Mid-week is the least busiest time, so get a schedule for Tuesday or Wednesday so the staff are not in a rush to finish service on your unit.
