More often than not, you'll end up with a good barber. Stick with him. Great customer service experience! There's free tea or coffee while waiting or after your hair cut. Would say this is the best for its price point. Love local!

I normally do not get my hair cut from anyone other than my “regular” barber back in the United States. However, I needed to make an exception since I’m currently on an extended stay in the Philippines. I decided to book an appointment with Eduard at the Oxford Barber. Before getting started, I showed Eduard a video of my last haircut in the US. I tried my best to describe the haircut using US barber terminology (mid zero drop fade with a hard part combover and a centimeter off the top). I was worried there would be some sort of miscommunication but it was clear that Eduard was comfortable with what I was asking him to do. Sure enough, Eduard was able to deliver! My hairstyle is exactly what I had hoped for, if not better. I highly recommend getting your haircut from Eduard, especially if you know what exactly you want. Kudos to Eduard and the Oxford Barber!
