This has to be the most unprofessional business I have come into contact with in The Philippines in terms of online customer service. It's very obvious that whoever is managing the account doesn't understand what customer acquisition is. You acquire the customer First then you ask for whatever you believe are requirements. I messaged them about whether or not they provided a service. They said,"Yes". I then asked for an appointment and they wanted me to complete an online questionnaire first and submit a photo I.D. I then received no reply back about an appointment after 24 hours. You didn't even acquire me as a customer before asking for requirements. I go to a health and wellness center here and they send me messages before appointments to remind me of things. Make an effort instead of creating barriers. Even if I were to forget to complete the requirements , the requirements are so simple I could complete them within 3 minutes on my smartphone upon arrival.
