We had a great experience with the birth of our daughter, the staff was accommodating and professional, the nurses in the nursery were experienced and caring. The VIP room was quite large, and excellent clean food was served 3 times a day.

This was not a good experience. My daughter was admitted with severe stomach pain. We brought her to sacred heart 6 days ago and she was misdiagnosed with acid and maybe ulcer. 4 days later the pain was 20 times worse and we had to return and she was admitted. After 2 days, we left with no diagnosis and a 20k bill. On the first day we waited 24 hours for the results of an ultrasound! Yes, simple ultrasound. A doctor who looked at her for 3 minutes gave a random diagnosis and then charged us 1.5k. To get anything to happen you need to continually follow up. The nurses and staff seem to sit around together not doing much. There never seemed to be any ward doctors on duty. There is minimal cleaning in the room. The sheets were never changed and we had to ask to have floors and toilets cleaned. Even the checking out process took 4 hours! My advice... don't bring your loved ones here. Save your time and money. Maybe even save your life.

Terrible...multiple violation of patient rights...no doctors around...apathy...dirty expensive run down rooms...they refuse to give estimates even though it says its a patients right...prepare to pay double what u thought this place is a well planned rip off center focused on money with poor service and little care with staff who avoid answering simple questions. Lets bring a class action lawsuit...pool our resources...take them to court and shut them down...complaints bring no action...we are ignored like animals after they take our money...125.000 peso...lets get together and shut this momey parlour down.

Customer Service is horrible. From the phone lines to the staff you meet face to face with. They ahould do a total revamp or move these staff to public hospitals where their attitude will be more appropriate

Reception should be the source of information, right? How come he doesn't know where our room is located. The worst, nurses at the nurse station are TOO NOISY! You can clearly hear how they slam the cabinet, drawers, door and whatever they were doing in the whole night! Didn't got a chance to sleep.
