Nurse are always forgot what patient need. (Schedule, medication) when I visit there for ask there were just all busy to talk each other or eating. 3hours I waited for medicine. Mostly 2hours. I haven’t use but they charge some. Poor deluxe room. I inform the broken toilet no one repair till I check out 3night I stay. shower head not working too. There is no procedure for telling about payment for any kind of they do or give. Payment is high but there is noting special.

I'm only rating the facilities, as I have only had outpatient service here. That said, the new wing towards the back has increased the number of doctors holding clinics here. The waiting area is new, clean and well-kept. Food kiosks are conveniently located nearby. New spaces for the different diagnostics departments too. When coming in for an appointment, be 10-15 minutes early, because parking is always a challenge here.

July 19, 2015 my wife gave birth to my son whom they declared a well baby, after an hour they told me that my baby is having a hard time breathing. Then a lot of complications followed. Henwas put back in an incubator attached with a ventilator to support his breathing. 3 specialist checked my baby and they kept on pointing fingers to what the real problem is. 1 said that its because of internal bleeding, 1 said that it's a hear enlargement, 1 said that its bilateral pneumonia which is needed to be treated by a Neonat who's not present that time. Upon arriving, neonat said that my son's condition is critical and He can no longer help us. To male my the long story short, We watched our son died fighting for his life the Following day, July 20th. Its been 4 years and it feels like yesterday. Just to show how incompetent this hospital is, my wife gave birth here in quezon city to my son last february 19th who was 1 week premature and was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia. (Same case with my first born) only this time, we already knew the issue upon giving birth. My son stayed in the hospital for 3 weeks treated by doctors. We spent 1million pesos for his treatment My son is now 6months and healthy. Same scenario, same diagnostics, same feeling, different hospital, different outcome. Until now i still blame myself in putting my son's life in your hands.

Very poor service. They didn't attend to the patient immediately. There was no available driver for the ambulance. The doctor in the ER was so unaccommodating and was so sarcastic and told us "Kayo po kung gusto niyo maghintay ng 1 hr." The patient wasn't also properly endorsed to AUFMC. So if you have an emergency don't rush to Sacred Heart, their drivers are on call. We didn't feel any slightest concern. Formal complaint is being processed.

The cashiers and billing attendants are not accomodating. I don't recommend it to anyone. They will accomodate you if they see you have money. I've had worst experience with their people. Not professional and they even gave a wrong diagnosis result.
