Nice people and do a reliable job. Service takes up to three days, which is too long. Even with rush service at twice the cost, they are slow. The door is often locked and need to knock for someone to come--so, it may appear closed, but they are usually there during their open hours. I don't know whether their prices are normal or high for the Phillipines

I was complaining about their service that it does not have any scent, so as a regular customer, i was letting them know my disappointment and what I am paying for. Texted their number and promised me to give me a discount. After 1 week or 2 i came back happy at their laundry shop, the lady (who seems to be the owner) was very rude and was not very welcoming about my concern. She just want me out of her shop and just get on the discount (free delivery) and slammed the door while I was walking my self out for work. This is the worst part, march 20th should be the delivery date and they did not delivered my laundry and I have to get them by my self on the next day (21st) walking and handling the load at the middle of the day. They seemed to do it purposefully because I asked the worker why they dint deliver my laundry, the worker replied "because the delivery man came in evening", i replied "so does that mean my laundry is not included within the delivery list for that day? Because he came in evening and did not deliver my clothes..." I will never go back here and guys never trust your valuables with them, they don't understand customers so they wont understand your valuables. They dont take complains as an advantage for better service. A very horrible customer service. Warning. They even blocked my number. Very mean people and very Rude. Why would you blocked the number of a customer especially you have their belongings? That can be considered as theft for no intention of responding back to a customer. I have the full details of the text conversation. No, the Laundry was not free of charge, I paid for my laundry, the only thing i wasn't charge was the delivery, which they did not deliver my clothes. I have a copy of their receipt. Why would I create a story, my text messages and receipt is my proof that the laundry was not free as they claim and they are not responding to my text messages and my number was blocked which i fear they will say it was not. My respond and what i will ask is, "why aren't you replying to my text, you have my clothes so obviously i will ask for my belongings? And if my number was not blocked, why i cant connect and it was a 1 (One) ring then a busy tone which obviously you are using an android phone because that's how android respond when you block a number. And why do i have to send multiple messages?". Why would I create a destructive story if I have proofs? I am very angry and very disappointed especially they gave me hard time getting my laundry back, which i have to carry back home at the middle of the day, walking. Respect complains because this will improve your service, never take them against the business.
