Employees don't know how to assist client properly insisting a policy without explanation. The employee from the online registration told me to go directly to counter 2 but the stop me and told me to go get a number again, I went back to the employee and she told me same instructions but still guard told me that is the policy. End of the day my online registration was not done! They just wasted my time.

what others say is that they don't even know how to train .. but security guards are rude ..... many don't know how to apply online n they should teach unlike sss san fernado they will help you further they will personally input online registration.
