A great experience to be with this Museum,an expression of sharing and of hearts expressed by the children of Bale Balayan, volunteers from different families within the neighborhood of Angeles’s depressed area. The children were taught to play Indigenous musical instruments, trained in Music, Dance, Culture and the Arts. A creation of a kind hearted cultural warrior, Sir Peter De Vera, who had a vision for helping the poor with his humanitarian heart thru educating these children via cultural expression. A must to visit and experience this heavenly and charitable journey, Enjoy being with these angels.

The talent and stories of the children of Bale Balayan will inspire you and make you proud that despite everything else, these children chose to be achievers on their own fields. The place is more of art and talents. Hope everyone who wish to travel/tour Pampanga could drop by here. Hurray to the multi-awarded gems of Pampanga!

Not just a museum for the elite, but also open for the public (by appointment). Immerse with the street children performers of musical arts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
