Just ok. Shopping at the Supermarket is one of the better options and the Government services located at the 3rd level. Other than that, I don't see any other reasons to go here

NatIonal govt offices are conveniently located at the 3rd floor of the mall. FOR YOUR NBI CLEARANCE AND LOCAL GOVT OF ANGELES PAYABLES ,this is the place to go!

The place now is in really bad shape, compared before Sm clark and MarQuee mall constructed. Very few costumer walking around inside which is quite good this pandemic. Stalls are shutting down due to very few customers.
