Nino Tesiorna, the owner, is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is the one answering the phone inquiries, and I really think it's time for him to pass the job on to someone else. Nino is insecure about his English, and Nino has a problem with people speaking in English with him. He should hire an assistant who can speak good English, so he doesn't feel intimidated or threatened. Nino owns a service-oriented business, but he doesn't respond to his customers properly to confirm whether the order is being processed. Nino has a problem with people following up. Nino cannot buy load for his phone. He will ask you to call him. Nino is unprofessional on the phone. He answers the phone like a drunk person.

Here tagalog reviews: Mr. Nino Tesiorna seems to be always awake when answering the phone. There is no professionality to talk to the customer. We recommend: you pass on the phone to someone else so that you do not have difficulty English or suddenly wake up when someone calls to follow up. This will be great for your business and for your customers to be distracted or to spend.
