I returned to the store to request for an OR replacement since the one previously issued to me was somewhat defaced and our branch accounting refused to honor it. I was given a replacement though, I thanked the lady acting as cashier, but the approach was kinda blunt. It seemed like I distracted her while counting on their new deliveries. Ma'am you cannot earn loyal customers that way. No wonder your store lacks customers.
