Villa Concepcion Wet And Wild Waves

Mismanaged. We (group of friends) had a horrible experience here. Not well-lighted facilities. Dirty water. Aircon in rooms not suitable for the room's standard capacity. Even we have a well-arranged plan and reservation for that night swimming, we suddenly asked for refund that very night and looked for a nearby decent resort. We will never forget that night. :/

The price is affordable and worth it. The things I found good about this place and worth mentioning are these: 1. The flooring of the rooms are not made of tiles, so it’s not very slippery when you enter wet from the pool. 2. Also love the spacious comfort rooms. The A/C room we got was priced at Php4,000 and it comes with 2 queen size beds, a bathtub, dining table for 6, sink, a side table, bench, and outdoor table & chairs. 3. The rubber chairs and table near the pool are very convenient. They dont get very hot nor cold and its very comfortable to sit on. 4. The wave pool is great! The kids love it! :) 5. They will lend you a trolley for your things to transport from parking to your room or cottage. 6. Lifeguards are present on the pool at all times. 7. They have an adjacent property with indoor pools, across the street which you can access via a bridge. 8. Aside from a split type A/C, the room also includes an electric fan. 9. The only problem we encountered was the brownout around 1 or 2pm. The power was not restored immediately. Hope we can come back soon!

Their wave fool is really amazing. After playing with the waves you'll be exhausted but full of fun!:)

The facilities are good life guard and staff are very accommodated will visit again truly satisfy enjoy and happy my family to this place
