It is good.. There is fastfood, restaurant, meryenda shop, dress shop and medical clinic.

I don't usually give 1-star reviews, but this is an exception: 1) SECURITY Only two guards are stationed per shift, despite the large area. Not enough guards to cover the blind spots. No direct contact to administration in case of any incidents, or even first aid. 2) CUSTOMER SERVICE Inadequate customer service, and support for customers and existing tenants. No admin office or information desk. No direct contact for its customers and tenants to connect in case of emergencies or need for assistance. No public bathroom. ** For tenants, the rent rates alone are almost at par with Metro Manila rates for condominium residential rentals, despite being in a provincial location. Services rendered are not at par with the price charged.
