The worse travel agent I've experienced so far, in cahoot with the worse travel agent in HongKong, they tried to book us in Rambler Hotel , 4 of us, in two single beds,two persons in each single bed. I was with 2 seniors and a PWD taller than me, how stupidly heartless could you agents be. Thumbs down to you guys, hopefully you'll get the share of karma you deserve !

Worst travel agency ever. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost. Once they have your money, their service becomes close to non-existent. Didn't accommodate my request to reschedule the trip. I had to pay 100% twice. They put us in a room with only 2 single beds. There were three of us. They didn't get us an extra bed when I clearly requested for one. They booked us in a hotel far away from the location i said i wanted to be a walking distance from. The hotel they picked is a few train rides away. Their counterpart tour company in HK is just plain awful. I had six major issues with this company. The detailed article i wrote is too long to be posted here. My main point: AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE ONE NAMED GEORGE.
