Is it standard that secretaries/doctors will tell patients a particular schedule, say 2pm but doctors will come at the clinic at 4pm? I had asked some patients from other doctors and they had the same experience. Let's respect each others time, regardless of status. I'm speaking on behalf of seniors inside the building.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding your hospital's "hospitality" My grandmother was admitted at your hospital because of an accident (take note she was admitted) yet no dextrose, patient gowns, or tags were give to her as a sign that she was a patient and she was admitted at your hospital. Your facilities are good because it's new (and thats the only reason why it's good). When the maintenance cleaned the comfort room of the room where my grandmother is staying at, the mop smelled like URINE. This was very disappointing since PUI's are also staying at your hospital. My family could not take it anymore and we decided to transfer my grandmother to another hospital. I don't usually do these kinds of reviews but I am very very disappointed. Not everyone has the kind of privilege that we have to transfer a patient. People are counting on your hospital, on your doctors, on your nurses, and on your maintenance. People are counting on you to heal them the best way possible. They are depending on you and on your services. Please do not let your patients down. Please do not corrupt patients and make them stay longer in the hospital than they need to.

I thought that the physical aesthetics of the hospital would translate to its services. The setting of 1 nurse per 10 patients which is not very ideal considering its high hospital rates. A hospital with poor hospitality.

I predict that this hospital is going to be one of the leading hospitals nationwide for its newly-opened state-of-the-art structure and facilities. There are different doctors in various fields. Just lately, they opened optometry in their institution. I just hope that they can recruit more medical professionals for faster and more efficient services.

For OPD, i would be giving a fair rating.. thumbs up for the doctors' professionalism & the staff being mindful of the first come first serve policy is also something I appreciate.. i found the staff courteous enough from the guard to the secretary, and lab & radiology staffs who had assisted us all throughout.. prices of diagnostic exams (US / CT Scan in particular) are fair enough compared to other private laboratories/hospitals.. good job also for having enough seats & ventilation in the waiting area.. haven't seen much of their facilities thus reserving my other 2 stars if ever.. :)
