Horrible place to stay. Would give negative 5 if I could. 1. Rude and aggressive behavior. 2. They chase and demand daily payment for room and food service charges although you have a long reservation plus deposit, as if you're not going to pay. 2. No daily room service. Room is nasty, dirty, cockroaches, human hair and ants everywhere in the room. 3. The name Hollywood Suites and Resort...should be Alleywood Stinks and Revoke. More of a love MOTEL than a resort. 4. Very weak Wi-Fi. 5. Holes in the door where people can see into the room. 6. It's not what they advertise. Others in the areas are much better at a lower price.
