Parking is a problem. Going here and out of the place is a problem too due to road condition and construction which makes the traffic flow so bad. Grocery store has very limited choices. Chowking and Jollibee can be found here. There an unpleasant odor on the inside the building.

Very untidy and those tricycle and jeepney terminals are out of order day in day out. Dumping of garbage is everywhere and out of control. Water drainage has no filter causing the sewerage line clog of various waste coming from fish and meat sections of both wet markets and by the people throwing garbage wherever they like.
