Unlawful Treatment to Senior Citizen - My niece went to your store few minutes ago (08/21/2016) to buy medicine for my 81 years old sick mother. She presented her prescription, senior citizen's ID and booklet but you denied to give discount just because she doesn't have an authorization letter. My niece left your store empty-handed because she can't afford to but the medicine with out discounts with her limited budget. According to the law sated below: "Nonetheless, if you were able to present such proofs on behalf of your grandmother and you are still being denied the appropriate discount, then you may file a complaint against the concerned sales personnel. She may suffer the penalties of imprisonment and fine if you are able to establish that she violated the provisions of Republic Act No. 9994 (Section 7, R.A. No. 9994)." So disappointed with your store. You have no heart for the elderly. I am not supposed to give you a star but rather hundred dislikes but i have no choice so i can post this review.
