I do my banking here, and I have to say that the staff here are very helpful and professional. I feel like the people here go out of their way to provide top-notch service. Unfortunately, like most businesses in Dumaguete, it isn't always easy to find a parking space for an automobile. The security guards are helpful in this regard, although other customers can add to the less than desirable parking situation.
