You can catch your ride here in all towns of Negros Oriental and most of the town in Occidental. the employees here are okay. and they have their own store that almost have everything when it comes of food/quick bite and pasalubong

Most of the drivers were "barumbado" or reckless when driving. I swear that their drivers wouldn't mind running over or side swiping you when they drive. They seemed to lack education. I often see the buses running with hazard lights ON. What kind of driver does that? Only ignorant drivers from Vallacar Transit Corporation do that. There's no decent parking for cars. Most of the staff are rude without manners, including bus conductors too. Their system in handling influx of passengers and buses is next to a stone age scenario. Ignorant as a caveman, dumb as a rock with no traces of common sense. The owner maybe languishing with his collection of Ferraris, but quite frankly, your service stinks big time. You will always be third world service.

Located in the center of the city. Near to hotels and malls. Clean surroundings and comfort rooms. Buses come and go every hour to multiple destinations. There are food stalls and a mini mart should one is hungry or in need to buy and bring home something. Police are visible and several guards are on station for security. One thing though that I consider a downside is the parking area for private vehicles.
