Nice accomodation for LSI aplicants

Our current Brgy Capt is Dario B. Arcilla. Recently, our ECQ passes were cancelled by Mayor Edgardo Labella. New ecq passes were issued so the government can control the number of people going out. Apparently, my household was NOT given a pass. I called the brgy hall the day after they distributed the new ecq passes and informed them that we were not given any. I was advised to call back since they had to coordinate with the people responsible for distributing them in our area. I made a couple of follow up calls and was only advised to call back. It felt like I was given empty promises. Today, I made another follow up call because I have to buy groceries for my family. I was advised that they ran out of ecq passes, but one brgy staff told me they can issue a certificate to support that they no longer have a pass and I could present the certificate to the guard in Grandmall Talambam so I can buy groceries. I was advised to go to the brgy hall so I can get the certificate. I went to the brgy hall and guess what? They advised me that they can't issue a certificate. They can't give ma an ecq pass and they can't issue a certificate. How can I buy groceries for my family then? I waited 2 hours in the brgy hall to get this kind of service.

Not sure if people will respond here. Supposedly yesterday was the last day of giving out quarantine passes but still we do not have any nor our neighbouring subdivisions. Question: Asa na?
