Made on line appointment for my husbands passport renewal. Though it prompted confirmed but when we checked his email days after, no confirmation was sent. We were not also able to pay since it didnt direct us to any payment choices. So i made another appointment for a new date. We still get the confirmed prompt but again it didnt direct us to any payment centers ,just the amount of 950. I asked my friend how she was able to do it and she advised to use laptop, which i did and made another appointment. This time, the screen showed that we have to cancel the previous appointment to make a new one. So which earlier appointment was confirmed since i made 2. When i click the view schedule button, it is asking for appointment number, which we dont have. Nobody is also picking up the phones listed. Two numbers by the way. :(

I’ve been trying to contact them for a month now, grabe wa juy mo answer sa phone and way mo reply sa email.

The lady assigned at Data Capturing/encoding section middle counter assigned today, Nov. 11, 2020 until 12:00 noon gave me a run around by asking me to have my online payment printed at the 3rd Floor of Pacific mall when I already had the applicant and DFA copies of the receipt. These will not be issued if there was no payment, in the first place . She was just asking for me to produce a requirement which was not among those required. As a result, I had to go through this step (Encoding/Data capturing) all over again. She also was without manners because she spoke like she was angry at me when I was about to have my photo taken. She pointed for me to read the instructions in front of me in a disrespectful voice. People like her makes the DFA look bad.

wa jud ayo... need appointment but not availabale tanan dates. so?... wa na jud lain choice!
