Perfect for get together with your friends. Small rooms unlike the other KTV but one thing I love Song Hits is it is inside J-Mall which is not that crowded and you can buy things you want. Their finger foods are good and drinks. Accomodating staff. You must bring at least 1 valid Id to enter the room

GOOD PLACE TO HANGOUT BUT WHEN IT COMES TO TAKE OUT ORDERS, THEY HAVE 10% SERVICE CHARGE,

Very bad service. The karaoke machine was not working properly and when we asked for help from their staff, we were made to wait for 15 minutes. They did not even reset our time. They were not friendly nor approachable at all. They also made us wait for almost an hour for the burgers we ordered right after we entered their karaoke rooms. Their reason was that burgers take long to cook but when they served the burgers we were very disappointed. They were barely 2 inches in diameter and the patties were about a millimeter thin.

poor service sometimes staffs are rude, small rooms for 149 during weekend, they doesn't clean microphones, and sometimes rooms are smelly
