Do not come here. I repeat DO NOT, the hairdressers couldn't follow the customers instructions, they will do it base on what they want not what you want. They will just cut on their will. I would suggest that you go to Exposé.

Piandre is one of the best salons in Cebu. The service is stellar and, of course, you get your money's worth even though it's pricier compared to other establishments. Tip: Get a group of friends together and reserve the private room so you can all get styled together. It makes the entire experience more fun.

I have nothing but good words to say. I love having my hair cut by these folks. If you want to be in style and get taken care off properly, ask for Aldo. You get pampered here even when you are just getting a haircut. A well deserved 5 star rating from me.
