I like this branch because the place is clean and organize. I always come here to have a massage since its near to the place im staying. I never had a problem with this branch until last night. The therapist named APRIL was very rude . I took the package thai & foot massage for 350,a discounted rate.. So it was her who did my foot massage. It was okay, though I was not satisfied with her service at all. Then we proceeded for the Thai massage. I asked if its okay to put an ointment at my back. She replied just "ahh mao ba" in an irritated manner, but I didnt mind and thought it was okay with her. Then when she started massaging my foot, I asked her if its okay to make the pressure harder when she reach my back and shoulders. She said she could'nt change the pressure because she was already tired since shes been massaging the whole time. At that time her voice was high and sounded very rude. I was offended by her response. Her attitude was very rude compare to the other therapists. I asked her if I could have another therapist instead. And she said no. Since i took the package, only one therapist can do it since its commision based( in a loud and irritated voice).If I change therapist the rate would be back to regular. I didnt know that if you take the package, one therapist should do all the service.She could have atleast informed me in a nice way. I still pushed on having another therapist since it would be impossible for me to relax if she did it. So another therapist came a did the service. She asked sorry about APril's behavior. She said that she behaves like that whenever shes tired. My point is,this behavior should not be tolerated amongst employees no matter how tired they are. I hope the management can do a disciplinary action towards her. .i was very disappointed but thanks to the one who did my thai massage instead. She was nice ang very good.

In my opinion, Service of massage is worst. I will never visit this shop again
