Service is good, and I'm not sure if the ordering kiosks (??) have been there for a while but I got to try it when I went there and its extra convenient because there's no pressure in ordering as compared to the customer-crew one lol. As with the rest of the establishments these days, one table-one person applies.

What's the use of having a drive-thru when the service is so very slow. It defeats the purpose of what the concept is all about. Might as well order from the inside, looks a bit faster to get your meal. Meanwhile, the milkshake sucks, it doesn't even comes close to the original taste and it's so watery.

Fast service. You might want to download the staysafe app before dine in. Otherwise, you have to write down your details on some survey forms
