Per my experience it would be best if the tricycle fare from rsl terminal be reduced to a regular fare. I don't think it's fair to pay 5 times the regular fare. Also, please improve the facilities. Not enough chairs and proper ventilation for waiting passengers.

Its okay. Hopefully they would upgrade their comfort room facilities to give clients better services

The covered waiting area is too small for 6 busses a day that arrives and leaves the terminal. Comfort rooms are flooding. No door locks and very dirty. Staff is inconsiderate. I once asked permission to let our vehicle in for our disabled father they would not allow it so we had to let a half paralyzed and blind man to the parking outside at 12:00 noon. It is just sad that people in the province does not have an option. Since they are doing business in the province it would be greatly appreciated if they could at least improve on the basic services such as the comfort rooms. And be considerate... Ticketing opens at 7:30 am.

Toilet doors has no lock and damaged. Floors are wet and dirty. Has very limited seats for waiting passengers.
