Service was eh. I personally think our nails were rushed since it was close to closing time when we got there. We've been here a few times already though. There were times when we were given great service but that depended on which aesthetician you were getting. Some of them look annoyed when asked to work. I think they need more training in handling customers especially the receptionist. Still, the place has great ambiance thus the 3 stars.

Nice ambiance but sadly, yucks service! I guess staff are badly paid by owner coz they're not happy people nor gentle. I had mani-pedi. My hand was pulled, fingers pinched unnecessarily & my foot was handled roughly. I couldn't frankly complain for fear I would be hurt by nipper. No other personnel to do my nails. Also, limited options for nail polish. Im not coming back to this salon. Only 2 stars for ambiance & for the front lady who accomodated a slot for my sister who came in later.

Went for several treatments here with several different experiences. Malika did the best massages. Some suggestions I would say is * Get the receptionist a uniform too as she is the only one not in uniform and has a lazy demeanor * Don't allow staff to just sit around at front of the store lounging on the sofa in their phones. I constantly saw staff doing this and they looked bothered when asked to work.
