They got free public charging stations and restrooms. Peñafrancia Tours also have buses bound to Camarines Norte (Labo) and Legazpi. Last trip for buses bound to Labo is 6pm

A really busy you - don't - call - it - Central Station for nothing. Practically it operates 24 hours. There are al fresco waiting lounges that can be uncomfortable during hot weather. Air conditioned waiting areas of the various bus companies wouldn't be able to fit the passengers. The place look pretty confusing but you'll feel the sense of order once you've asked around. The personnel there are generally helpful. The place could still be improved though and maybe strengthen the police visibility.

The Terminal is ongoing some major upgrades/repairs which is a good thing. Buses arrive and depart mostly on time but sometimes late. Bus schedules can be seen on the newly installed TV’s which displays the Buses’ Schedule, Route, and availability. The restrooms are paid but somehow not maintained properly, some parts of the restroom are quite disgusting. Buying foods, pasalubongs is a breeze because they are spread throughout the terminal however i wish they would add more benches for people to sit when waiting for a bus.
