I do not recommend the service on handling HMO patient. I have spent almost 2 hours waiting to be approved with my HMO benefits and ending my assigned doctor is no longer available. Lacks empathy for sick patients.

Very bad customer service. Hospital more likely to hostage there patient if cash on hand is not enough

It was actually good but not very good. The staff were friendly. You just really have to wait for your number to be called. Same with other clinics or hospital. I went there yesterday for consultations and I am on my way now for the lab tests. Hopefully, everything will be fine. Please see some of the pictures here. Hope this helps a lot. BTW, they are now open at 7AM.

Hassle if emergency happens

WORST WAITING TIME. If your time is precious, go to other hospitals or clinics.
