still a lot more professionalism needed to upgrade. why? common people would rather find most of the medical team as less caring and not very responsive to their needs. status should not be looked down or up. still, kudos to the few dedicated ones

Nobody answers your phones. I've been calling since yesterday, every hour! My dad is a patient and I'm overseas. This is not good hospital practice. Update: My dad died and the underlying illness mentioned on the death certificate and medical records by one of your resident doctors is wrong, as confirmed by two of your specialists. I can't ever trust your hospital again.

Security Guards are rude, Nurses and staff are impolite and disrespectful especially to the less fortunate clients.Sluggish service. No proper toilet for watchers, waiting area far from the building, and looks pretty like waiting shed. WORK ON YOUR CARING SYSTEM.
