Phillipine Airlines Naga City Ticket Office

I left Abucayan 3 aug 2019 at 11am got to Naga Coty airport at 1pm all started with Phillipines Airlines PR2965 I check and couldn't go inside the airport security guard told me that Philippines airlines does not exists in WNP Naga City Airport and that Philippines Airlines has not been operating since the last 2 months and that the airport is closed for the day the airport security and a manager from Cebu Pacific had advised me to go to Naga City Galeria De San Francisco. My name is WILLIAM L. GINES IM A FORMER POLICE OFFICER IN THE UNITED STATES AND I ALSO AM A UNTIED STATES VETERAN AND ALSO I AM CURRENTLY A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE IN THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE .I will personally get a lawyer for a lawsuit on Philippines Airlines for UNLAWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ALSO PUNITIVE DAMAGES , I HAVE TO REPORT TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE 5 AUG 2019 LOSS OF JOB AND SALARY DAMAGES .if you do not take any actions on fixing the problems that Philippines Airlines had created on your part of the problem. I had a flight from Naga City Airport to Angeles Mabalacat Ckark International on 3 AUG 2019 440 pm -545pm. I been in Pili Airport Naga City since 1pm 3 AUG 2019 and had been informed by airport security Guards your Airlines had not been operating and been closed for the last 2 months. I have miss all of my Connection flights to San Juan, Puerto Rico for your INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF TRAINING UNPROFESSIONALISM ON YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVES AS WELL YOUR TRAVEL AGENTS. The security Guard informed me to go to Philippines Airlines office in Naga City Galeria de San Francisco . That hace done nothing to Fox the problem they have cause me I have no place to stay I have no food I have no currency and no way to travel now I did My part to make it to Naga City Airport on the slot time allotted and I have no notifications from you Philippines Airlines and also Fred Ambert Travel Agency have not recieved any notification as well I have contacted them I Want this Fix ASAP I NEED FOOD VOUCHERS BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER I NEED TRANSPORTATION AND BAGGAGE HANDLING VOUCHER FORM NAGA CITY TO LEZGAZPI CITY I NEED OVERNIGHT STAY HOTEL VOUCHER IN LEGAZPI CITY AND A RIDE TO AIRPORT AND PHILIPPINES AIRLINES SHOULD AND WILL COVER ALL DAMAGES AND COSTS OF DIFFERENCES AND PENALTIES FROM CONNECTING FLIGHTS FROM MANILA TO SAN JUAN , PUERTO RICO AND SOON I'LL HAVE THAT LETTER FROM FRED AMBERT TRAVEL AGENCY THAT YOU DID NOT NOTIFY THEM THAT PHILIPPINES AIRLINES WAS CLOSED 2 MONTHS AGO IN NAGA CITY AIRPORT . ILL BE IN YOUR NAGA CITY PHILLIPINES AIRLINES OFFICE TOMORROW MORNING 4 AUG 2019 MORE TIME YOU WASTE MORE EXPENSIVE WILL BE FOR PHILIPPINES AIRLINES .... And also Philippines airlines will not take care of the connecting flights they said they're not responsible ..
