The woman who answered our inquiries and attened to our needs were very direct and attentive. And from the get go, I knew I could rely on her. That's why I'm giving them four stars.

Water is freezing cold due to the fact that it is coming from a spring. The water is free flowing and does not smell chlorine. The place is an architectural masterpiece as you can see the buildings and shades blending beautifully with the nature and trees. There are also slides which will add to the fun but unfortunately it did not open when we were there--- a minus 1 star for my rating. But the place is beautiful and clean and the shower rooms features a high mounted shower nozzle. The cottages are also clean and beautiful. We also got a chance to play in the life size chess board near the tennis court. Highly recommended for spring lovers.
