Crown Bookstore is located at the heart of the city near Oval Plaza

Let's begin with disorderly, not just the merchandise, but the very staff, the area, and the facade. Sure they might have just what you need, but they don't have any good to show when it comes to design or even ergonomics. You won't even be sure whether their employees are comfortable. But aside all that, it's one place close to the heart of the city where you can buy common to rare stationary items for a good price. And service is actually just fine, until it's not. Should have grown along with the city, but it seems stuck in the 90's. Needs a lot of improvement.
