Super excellent..the staff are all very polite and friendly specially margerie Joyce and Jennie ( forget her real name) We been there twice already and we stay for several days and we are extremely satisfied and very happy..we feel at home and relax..there is also ample parking space...one time there is a brown out ( no electricity) in the area but in the Twin palace we don't have problem as they have huge generators... the Rooms and bathroom are soooooo clean and fresh...the bed linen and pillows are very clean...and there is a convenient store beside the lobby area where you can find all your personal needs and also snacks and beverages are present inside the store....we will always book again and again in this hotel.....we miss the lovely staff as well specially the two girls in the reception desk...
