The customer service is excellent. Went in here at 12pm to file a claim for our car's insurance and was out by 12pm. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. I was able to talk to all people I needed to talk to and was given assurances that my concern will be handled accordingly. They also observe proper health protocol outside and inside the building.

Toyota has really become rich here in the Philippines. Ang daming nagpapaservice! As much as possible, don't schedule PMS on a weekend. :) Place is fine. It has a big lounge for customers complete with snacks, drinks, comfort room and free wifi. It's well maintained. They have a staff who from time to time checks the area and cleans/sanitizes it.

I loved this place for my car maintenance because i observed how their crews performed their job. And most of all their replacement parts are original/genuine.

Even before the lockdown the store was stil booming. The people that worked here are very nice and accomodating. We got our very first sedan here and it was awesome.
