I had a wonderful man help me from halfway around the world! The flowers were great! The teddy bear and cake was also great! Delivery was fine! I am going to place another order with them!

I bought roses here for my girlfriend and had them shipped to Cavite. My girlfriend ended up having an emergency and they were fine with switching the address mid delivery, salamat! The roses came in perfect quality, not damaged at all. They even added the little white flowers for free in the bouquet. I was worried because of the unfavorable reviews on here at first but I noticed they are from 6+ months ago. They must just be old management.

I ordered pink roses to be sent to my wife in Batangas. They arrived half brown and completely dried. The company claimed that they're not responsible for the courier, but instead of just issuing a refund, they sent out a second set of flowers to "make up for it", but these flowers arrived the same way. If I could post photos of both deliveries, I would. While the company did make some attempt by resending, the fact that they continue to do business, knowing that the product doesn't arrive as expected, is why I am giving them one star. I recommend changing couriers, refunding monies, or just shutting down business all together.

Do not buy from this store!!!!! Very poor customer service and they just take your money without delivering the goods. Yes that's stealing from you. They should not be allowed to operate and should be shut down. Their atrocious review on facebook just sums it up. Save your money and order elsewhere.

They dont deserve even 1 star. They promised to deliver 2x then nothing hapoened. Now they won't even answer their calls.
