Ordered for Valentine's Day for my wife. Valentine's day passed and the flowers didn't arrive. It is already February 15 and the flowers are still no where to be found. Really hard to reach them. They are not prompt in replying to emails. They aren't answering my phone calls. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

We loved the decoration of the large fresh flowers and the style in which they were presented in the jar and the wrapping. Excellent service and my girlfriend loved them.
