COLUMBUS PLAZA HOTEL

This place is a nightmare for travellers. Staff is very unfriendly. They dont clean the room even you requested. Always insist to pre order the breakfast at night and in the morning they will serve it cold. Wifi is not working. Truly a nightmare in Gensan

I stayed there last night, August 16. My experience was good except that I had a very disturbing sleep. I don't know who were the noisy people outside my room at 4th floor, I want to call out the attention of their staff at front desk but because my drowsiness is stronger than my intention to talk to them, in my irritability and my head was so heavy because of migraine, I just ignored it and let my consciousness focus on my sleepy head back again. Next time please be aware & have emphathy and concern to your guest who wants to have a sound sleep and good rest. Anyways, thank you for your hospitality and good service.

Cheap but with the necessary trade-offs. Very small bath soap and one shampoo sachet as toiletries. No replenishment. No toilet paper but commode has a bidet.. Hotel has hallway hot and cold water dispensers. Cable TV and cool, quiet air con with remote provided. Location is accessible from central business district. Free breakfast provided. It is a decent and clean hotel. Not perfect but very comfortable.

Good service good food and rooms are cozy, clean and had a modern touch.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and with good customer service. Aircon is working well, water flow and wifi are strong. Accomodation is served with free breakfast and you'll be made to choose from 3 kinds of menu which are so deliciuos. It is served with free coffee and juice. Shuttle van is available by booking prior to arrival from and departure to the airport at 200 pesos per person and you will be ferried even if you're the only passenger.
