Jollibee Gagalangin

i order large fries and they took 30mins to prefare food and i ordered icetea but they delivered me a coke and cold burger steak and chicken and the rice very cold too and more like spoiled because the texture of rice is wet i think its spoiled (maaligasgas sya kaya niluwa ulit ng anak ko)please address my concern
