The staff are helpful and kind, however the biggest complaint I have is the cockroach infestation and the dirty washrooms. We were told, that the facility has given up on the cockroach situation.

sana they can improve their restrooms in women's restroom the lights are dim. no water sa faucet nor toilet bowl. lalo na wala tissue. di pwde pang selfie

Currently here and there is an infestation of small cockroaches that seems not to be limited to the room we are in. Also present in the hallways and public spaces.
