Social Security System - Navotas

You show online that sss navotas is open, but when I visited sss navotas I surprised what I saw, IT'S CLOSED.

The services is too slow i went to this office several times but nothing changes still slow in servicing.The employee keep on texting and watching tv. It's a waste of time for those who valued their time but apparently the employees here at sss don't even considered it.

my cousin went to SSS Navotas to inquire about the voluntary to continue paying my SSS since I am not in the Philippines right now, I pleased my cousin to do it for me. But when she went there, an OLD guy told her to send me the fill up form here in other country since I was not there. Now my question is does she really needs to send that form? Or he just don’t want to assist my cousin well?
